HABEA (Hosting and Booking made Easy and Affordable) is a brand operated by My Rooms Stay Inc. In these Terms of Service, "we," "us," and "our" refer to My Rooms Stay Inc. "HABEA" refers to the platform, website, and services offered under that brand.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HABEA, the accommodation booking platform operated by My Rooms Stay Inc, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

My Rooms Stay Inc grants you permission to temporarily access the materials on the HABEA website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the HABEA website
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us (My Rooms Stay Inc) on HABEA, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Property Listings

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings on HABEA, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. My Rooms Stay Inc reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or is found to be inaccurate.

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through HABEA are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. Cancellation policies vary by property and are clearly stated in each listing.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the HABEA service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of My Rooms Stay Inc, HABEA, or others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Rooms Stay Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the HABEA service.

8. Changes to Terms

My Rooms Stay Inc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
